Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Foila (“Foila”, “we”, “us”), operated by 4bees d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, at foila.net(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Foila generates short vertical videos from your inputs using AI (script, narration, stock footage, subtitles). Output is produced automatically and may vary in quality or accuracy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans (Standard, Premium) are sold and billed through Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Video allowances reset weekly — at the start of each calendar week — and do not roll over: Free includes 1 video per week, Standard 10 per week, and Premium is unlimited. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that violates others’ rights. We may apply automated and manual moderation and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

In particular, you must notuse the Service to create deepfakes, face-swaps or synthetic likenesses of real people; to clone, imitate or impersonate any person’s voice or identity; to fabricate statements or events attributed to real people or organisations; or to produce adult or sexually explicit material. Foila narrates using generic synthetic voices and licensed stock footage, and is not intended for generating realistic depictions of identifiable individuals.

5. Your content & licenses

You retain ownership of the topics, clips and audio you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit that content to the third-party providers needed to generate your videos, and to deliver the result back to you. You confirm you have the rights to any clips you upload.

Stock footage comes from third-party libraries (Pexels, Pixabay) under their respective licenses; your use of generated videos must comply with those licenses.

6. Intellectual property

The Foila platform, brand and software are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology beyond using the Service.

7. AI disclaimer

AI-generated scripts, voices and clip selections may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country applies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
